MELISSA ALMAGUER is a professional tap dancer, choreographer and multidisciplinary creator born and raised in Mexico now based in Brooklyn.

HONORABLE HARVEST is a tap dance a capella piece choreographed by Melissa that explores themes of reciprocity, ceremony and reconnection to Mother Nature. The show is based on the honorable harvest, an indigenous practice tradition of giving thanks. It features tap dancers Toru Sakuragi, Isabella Serricella and Jessee Leigh Robinson. @melialmaguer

CASSIE is a multidisciplinary artist and technician with an interest in peeling back the layers of human experience. Their work focuses on world building, raw emotion, and metaphorical substance to construct the world through her eyes. Cassie is joined by five other fabulous dancers who each infuse their lived experiences into the piece. “The sixth hour” explores themes of queerness, dark confrontations, and unexpected joy.
